We bought this Ac though Costco store and since we bought it it’s broken down 5 times since day 1 it took 5 months when it broke down and was told they had installed a old unit it cost us almost 18000 and still paying my bank for this loan now yesterday it broke down again and they came out and tried to charge me $334 more for labor like this is the most problematic place and need my Ac it’s 120 here so hot
