I am receiving multiple phone calls all coming from various phone numbers. They all state that they are trying to get in contact with my deceased mother and they mention her by first and last name. They don’t say they are from a business, clerk of courts, lawyers office, or anything like that. They just say they are from the processor’s office. I do not answer these phone calls and just let them go to voicemail. Here is a copy of the transcribed voicemail:

“Hello good morning this is not a sales or marketing call . This is a legal matter and my attempt to contact ****** ******* my name is Sophia and I'm calling from the processor office regarding file number * * * * * * * * . And I am contacting you to schedule a matter that testing forwarded to my office For consideration of legal action , including the following of a lawsuit and complaint with court to discuss the standing actions that may be filed against you . You will need to make the contract firm directly handling your file that office number is 8 8 8 4 9 4 1 4 8 1 .This is a time sensitive matter for you. If they do not receive our response, they may be forced to participation. Again, that number to contact is 888-494-1481 thank you…”
