I had an eye exam July 29, 2024. At this exam I paid out of pocket to receive 2 pairs of glasses and a set of contact lenses. With the purchase of the glasses my exam was supposed to be free. I paid an additional fee for the contact lenses. I have called multiple times to retrieve said contact lenses and they have yet to be provided by the company. I called today, October 15, 2024 to demand a refund because of the product not being provide and thus rendering the service unnecessary. After speaking with an associate (Savannah) at their location, Michael Mcklocklin, the manager informed me that I wouldn’t be receiving a refund even after making no effort to provide my product for 3 months. I was charged $385 for a service that has not been provided in addition to the product I have not received.
