Called Orbi support, Ring Doorbell offline, unable to access my Orbi App. to resolve issue. Unable to login to Orbi! Called for help and support. Spent 3 hours on phone with Franklin (Orbi Tech) he accessed my computer finding high unusual traffic. I just needed to login in to Orbi. At the end of 3 hours he transferred me to iTHudson to sign up for security plan. He recommended the $999 plan good for a year. (I texted my son and he said it’s a scam) so I hung up and Franklin has tried to call numerous time. The initial call was on Friday Sept. 20, 2024 Now I’m freaking out that he has all my computer info. FYI i signed up for ******* Home Protection Plan also a scam. 1st home visit they didn’t come but said they did, 2nd visit a person did come but she couldn’t fix my problem. I knew more than her. Best Biy Geek Squad came on Friday 20th and he couldn’t fix my Ring Doorbell offline problem. That visit was $149 and they didn’t help. Yesterday I researched and factory set my Orbis and I was able to Login In to my Orbi App but my Ring Doorbell is still down. Hours spent on this problem. Please help. I will file a complaint with ******** represents ******* .
