The restaurant charged my card $51 as a withdrawal at their business when they don't have an atm and I havent dined in for at least 2 months. Not only my card was charged but my husbands was as well. They told him and myself, “multiple people have been calling about this issue and to dispute with my bank.” After having my dispute denied i went into the restaurant and they told me that my transaction wasn't in their system, that there was no history of my card information, when we have visited more than 3 times this calendar year. Then after talking with the accountant she claimed its a “cash app fraud” when my husband’s bank is BOA.. I think it’s important that this business should be investigated.
