Just received txt message w/many #'s in the from id#. Googled info txt provided and looks like it the same "Manuel Franco lottery winner scam" that was reported by victims in WI, in 2020 or 2021? Perp using same "message" claiming to be giving away some of his millions and that my #got drawn. Says I should call his Lawyer Ronald Schwartz @347 559-1088 w/code CL670
