I received a call from a public housing rep imposter, ****** ********, stating that my name came up and I had already won $2 million and a new car. He said I would have to pay $500 before I received this certification. He said I could go to Walgreens, CVS to do this. He insisted that I pay him first. He said once I get this certification cleared up, he will bring it by my home. He asked if I was a religious person and this was the lead in for him to tell me this.
