He was very well spoken, knew my daughter's name and my address and stated that he'll be shipping the SAT material to my house for my daughter's upcoming SAT test in November 2024. What was fishy is that I wasn't sure if my daughter was going to take the SATs again; we've only just casually talked about it. He mentioned that he was going to ship the practice and study material to my house which also included a flash drive of the material but stated that there is a $250 deposit for the flash drive material to be returned once I returned the flash drive back. I felt that was a little odd. He asked me for my email which I gave him (really upset I did this). I then asked him for his name and he said his name was "Carmen". He then asked for my credit card information and that's when I said I need to check with my daughter about this and then he hung up. It was very believable and I'm upset at myself for almost falling for it and gave him my email. I didn't confirm my address or daughter's name with him when he said them though.
