Received a text message from the number listed above claiming to be 611. Exact message: "611: We just found an overcharge on your account due to an error. Collect your founds here." There was a link to a website: 611mobile.com which looks identical to an e-transfer. It claims to be a "Rogers refund". I am not a Rogers customer, so I figured it was a scam and then also realized that the number was not 611, but another number with a strange area code. Then I also realized that they had misspelled "funds" as well and felt like a dummy.
