Despite these legal procedures ******** from Pro Residential has tried repeatedly to illegally raise our rent. She threatens us with eviction even though she hasn't followed the rules she is supposed to. Management has to provide us with a 30 day notice of the increase, and they are only allowed to increase the rent a certain percentage.
Again today we were threatened with eviction because we refused to sign an illegal lease with a rent increase that we did not receive notice of, and it was over the amount they are legally entitled to raise it according to the tax break laws they are taking advantage of.
It's very upsetting to be constantly threatened and intimidated by the manager ******** and told we will be evicted in five days because we won't sign an illegal lease. They've already intimidated other residents into signing these illegal leases, and because of that ******** and Pro Residential will be illegally taking thousands of dollars from tenants, and thousands of dollars of Arizona taxpayers money as well. All tenants of this company should know what kind of fraud they are involved in, and that their managers, like ********, use dirty threatening and intimidating tactics to enforce their fraudulent rent schemes.
Avoid renting from Pro Residential Management if at all possible.
