When I picked up the car I was FORCED to pay the money they printed, or else I would have no car to drive. This is $171.64 in addition to a bunch of added taxes, fees, rental taxes, etc. So in the end you will pay more than more reputable car rental companies would charge you, but get bad attitude and subpar cars.
This is false advertisement: bait and switch. And the counter lady is super rude. So you have a choice: either pay the fees and go on with your day, or go down the rabbit hole of trying to prove that you signed and paper and paid for something that you didn't want to pay for.
