I received a call from a person who asked to speak with my wife. I asked what this was in regards too and the person just said that she needed to call 469 454 8949 for a business matter. I asked for the persons name and company name and they mumbled a name and company name. I asked for them to repeat themselves and they hung up.

Today (Dec 20, 2022) I received a letter stating that my wife owes $159.20 by Dec 23, 2022 and if not paid in full by that date a 'decision' will be made, up to and including legal action. There is not website or secure portal to look up info. There is not printed name, email address, or any other contact info. There is not an account number or any record or proof to confirm myself or my wife as a customer.
