A man called from this number and told me that someone purchased an apple product maybe an ipad or iphone of some sort with my account or card on my Amazon account. He said on his end he can see a transaction that was made yesterday morning and wanted to confirm an address which i said i dont recognize and a name which was elizabeth or my name. Once he said my name I did not confirm and proceeded to state that this seemed like a phishing call. He chuckled and said no. I asked if he knew what a phishing call was and said yes. Then i said then this must be a phishing call because you know what one is. He kept trying to talk over me and i said good bye and good luck to you. Seemed like a very fake call to me. My accounts are clear without any unknown purchases made. I wanted to put this phone number out there to help others from possible scams. He sounded as if from Eastern Asia somewhere, possible Chinese or Taiwanese accented English.
