The scammer sent me a letter with heading Norton Lifelock stating that they were going to debit 349.99 from my account within 24 hrs. This is for a subscription of renewal for software. I did not order, nor have I ever ordered a subscription from this company. This is the 3rd time I have received a letter. The first time I responded to the out of country phone number and gave some info. before I realized I was being taken. I contacted my bank and immediately my account was deleted. That messed me up horribly. New account numbers and contacting all my creditors. This is the 3 time I have reported this kind of scam. I have tried to contact Norton Co but have not received any response.
