The scammer started with a phone call pretending to be an Uber help support. From there, the conversation lead to bank information and personal information being disclosed over the phone. Ultimately, the final result was an unauthorized transaction of the said amount. To which I tried to dispute with my bank and the process failed. The scammers were still able to obtain the amount through a reversal transaction. So, now, I'm out $1000.00.
