Found a job on LinkedIn for a COO position at Atlassian Rovo products. Initially contacted from "HR Manager" "Many Lee" from 408 647-8861 via text message. She insisted their first step was a text interview. After the screening she passed along my information to the "CEO Lucy Chen" wanting to connect via Skype. Lucy Chen the CEO interviewed me via text message over Skype. She asked about 5 questions, very basic, none technical and high level. The 5 question interview took over an 1 hour to complete as there was a 5-10 minute pause between my reply and her response. With the simple 5 questions she determined I would be a good fit for the role and wanted a video call over Skype as the next step. She didn't want to schedule a time for the video interview but to just message her when I was available. I messaged her over Skype when I was available, waited 1.5 hours but she never replied, despite Skype indicating he was online. I found a fraud notice on the LinkedIn and Atlassian website indicating fraudulent job opportunities and that Atlassian don't conduct interview over text or Skype. The entire process was strange, I suspected a scam and the notice confirmed it. I stopped responding to Mindy and Lucy. About 1 week after the initial contact from Mindy the "HR Manager" I received a message on WhatsApp from Lila Zhang, 929-377-1086, "HR Manager" at Atlassian Rove for the same role. I ignored the message.
