Scammer stated she was selling Taylor Swift tickets and would transfer tickets to my Ticketmaster account upon receiving payment. I sent payment via apple pay and it was taken out of my account. Scammer was notified and stated she would transfer tickets to me as soon as the money went into her account. She stated it sometimes takes a few hours for the money to be transferred into her account. After several hours passed I reached out asking if she could transfer the tickets and received no response. After threatening her with police report, civil lawsuit, and reporting her to BBB, I still received no response and have not been transferred the tickets.

Scammer's name is Jacqueline Lopez, aka Jacqueline Xaviera Lopez Craigie

She had me send the apple pay to 407-999-6289

Venmo account is @Xaviera-Craigie

She also had me try to send to these accounts on venmo: @Brook-Gibbon, @David-Dunn-408
