We are Bluegreen timeshare owners. We got a call asking if we would like to sell some of our weeks. They said we would have to activate the weeks which cost us alittle over 2000. Gerry West was the first man I dealt with. I the middle of a movie, we pit it on the back burner until we got moved. By then I was dealing with a man named Phil Harris. He then mentioned that there were axes due on the money so we paid them around 3000. He said since we had been waiting and this was all being done wrong we would be receiving 21000. Our timeshare had mentioned that we could sell our weeks to help pay for our maintenance fees. But we never done it until the fees started growing. So I thought the whole situation was legitimate. It has been a year and a half. Still nothing.

I had a similar experience with a so called business by the name of "Space Coast RS" as the previous complaint/ They sent me a form to sign with a "Pending Amount Due: $2,100.00. The form claimed I would receive $21,000 for 8 Last Call Getaway Rental Weeks.at a price of $2,600 per week. I have been unable to find a Web-Site or any other information on this business. I decided to do some research before they call me again 1/5/2024.. I certainly don't plan to fall victim to another scam.

While doing my research I have discovered that I might have been scammed back in November where I paid a different business using the same tactics as this business. I signed their document without researching them first. I believe i'm going to loose $1,596 with the first one. I'm going to give this first scammer more time to deliver before reporting them to the BBB.
