I rented a vehicle from this company though a third party website. I paid $107.00 for the full price of the rental. When I arrived to pick up the car today, this company required an additional $500 “deposit” to be put on a major credit card. At no point during the reservation and payment process was it stated that any additional money would be required to complete the rental. As a result, I had to cancel my rental with this company and rent from “another company” that was located in a trailer in their parking lot. That company rented me a car for significantly more money than I originally paid. While I was in the process of securing this second rental, at least 2 others also came to said trailer with the exact same problem as myself.
