Person called personal cellphone multiple times between Nov 20 and Dec 11 when I finally blocked this number.They call claiming to be be completing a National Immunization Survey for the CDC. It seemed legitimate until they asked for my child’s birthdate so I refused and he persisted to be unable to complete survey unless info given. I respectfully declined and hung up the phone. A few days later I got a follow up call in order to complete the original survey since we were “disconnected “. Since initial call , this number has contacted me every few days and now weekly until they were blocked as above.
