First time I hung up and they called me again so I finally answered it.
An Arab voice introduced themself, I can't remember the company name, then they asked if I wanted any tech support. I said no. They offered again insistently, and again I said no as I was a programmer and I had not inquired about help. I did not make a request for this service and I have nowhere how they received my number.They then proceeded to tell me they were going to charge my phone 15$ for technical support of this call. I told them, they would have a lawsuit if they tried and they repeated that I would be charged. Despite the fact that I had not requested their service nor did I receive any technical support.
