Letter postmarked from Wichita but I live nowhere near it. Called the number as "Borat from the great nation of Kazakhstan". They weren't happy to hear that my credit card was eaten by my goats and my social security was in the hands of my supreme leader.

Letter addressed to me, made to look like a personal letter, welcoming me to the neighborhood. Letter states they have been unable to reach me and they want to present me with a housewarming gift, and I need to call the number on the card and "Ask for Jo".
