I ordered a product 5 1/2 weeks ago - still has never been shipped. They have emailed twice now with the same message - that the color I ordered is out and to choose a different color. I did that - the first time 2 1/2 weeks ago - and then they emailed me again this week and asked the same thing again. I emailed back and said just return my money. They said they wouldn't - they would give me a 15% discount on anything else I ordered. HUH? Does that make sense to you? You don't send my product ($30+ worth) and then you offer me a 15% discount on anything else I order? That's just crazy. Then today they email me and tell me to be patient. I lost it - and told them I would go every place I can to make sure everyone knows what a scam it is. They are liars and thieves. no one should order from them!
