Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Customer service responded to my complaint saying that I cannot return the item to them, and they could only offer a 10% refund. I argued with them until they agreed to refund up to 55%, but then they stopped responding to me and have not refunded any amount at all. The return policy on their website states they accept returns, and will refund within 7 days no questions asked.
