Her full name her birthdate and they got her to say yes. When they started to ask her for her Medicaid information, I realized that something was up and asked the gentleman his name. He said his name was Albert Wood. When I asked where he was calling from he made it very difficult to understand what he was saying. The only thing that we could understand is Ohio. Then, when we asked for a callback number, he hung up. This has been reported to CVS and a police report is being filed.
