Hello, my name is ******* ********. I want to file a complaint against the company called Verymarts. I ordered some tennis shoes, totalling $67.91. When I received the tennis shoes, the tennis shoes was not the same as the picture I ordered from. The tennis shoes was a bright watermelon orange, instead of red. The tennis shoes was a size 9.5 in men's instead of a 9.5 in women. I returned the tennis shoes, but to receive a refund. I was told to show proof of all my receipts, including the UPS tracking receipt. I did what was asked of me, but they are refusing to refund my money. I told them I was going to report them, but still haven't received my refund. I even told them I would like my refund put back to the credit card I choose. Still no luck! I even returned the tennis shoes to Verymarts, 1016 S Bronson Ave, Los Angeles, California 90019. That's the return address for the returns.
