Fake [censored] firm called and was super rude. Called and left a terrible message stating a complaint was filed against me. When I called back, the b[censored] was super rude as if I was inconveniencing her by asking what this was in reference too. This hoe had the nerve to ask me “if I had a problem” uh yes b[censored] you calling with this scamming [censored] [censored]! Ain't no professional firm gonna ask you if you have a problem. If y'all reading this with y'all scamming [censored], you're going to jail. It is illegal and shameful to scam people out of their hardworking money, and you are all trash. Nice try b[censored]! Get a real job you [censored]ing bums.

Couldn't tell me the claim

They originally called from a 276 area code number and left a voicemail staying I had to call the number above and gave a case number. I called the number, lady sounded professional until I questioned what this was in regards to, then she laughed and Said I received a loan 12yrs ago, never applied for a loan, and defaulted on payment. Said I had 24hrs to pay $2871 or I would be taken to court. The address they had on file I didn't live at at the time of supposed loan not have a lived there in 8 yrs. I've never had banking account through supposed bank not worked at the establishment they stated I worked at. She would not verify or tell me what other address they supposedly had. I started this had to be a scam and I would report it and she said ok see you in court while laughing. I can't wait was my response.

Initially contact by a 910 number (same area code as my number). Message was left that a complaint had been filed against me and to reach out to the firm filing the complaint asap or decisions would be made without my consent. Was given a case number. Called the number and woman answer professionally as if it was a legitimate business firm. Gave her case number and she put me on hold for a few minutes. Returned back to say a lawsuit was filed against me over a loan application filled out online in 2013. She had last four of my social, old bank info, where I used to work, my current business and that if I didn’t pay there would be a lien against my car, which she also knew what car I had. Said if I didn’t pay within 24 hrs it would go to court.
