I was attempting to obtain a short term loan on line (never do that!). On one or more web sites the question was asked, "what is your credit score)?" The site looked authentic and I checked my score for $1.00. A week later my account was charged $39.90, witch caused me to be overdrawn and that cost me another $36.00. I tried to go to the web site of the credit check Co. They must have 50 different sites. My bank is also checking into this and will dispute it. In the meantime, I am out that money! I did try to call them, with no luck yet. How can we put this company out of business?
