I received a call on my cell phone this morning, from telephone number 283-218-6689, claiming that my name has come up as the winner of over $900,000.00 in the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. He wanted to give me his manager's contact number for me to call to receive the money. When I asked if I would have to pay some money in order to receive the prize, he said "not immediately, but at a future time there would be a small fee or tax".. I stated that in that case, "I do not want the prize" and hung up.
