I received a voicemail with the name Meredith Williams calling from Your Rapid Tax Filings LLC. It sounded like an AI generated voice, calling to let me know about some program to help keep me from paying unnecessary wage garnishes for my taxes that are overdue and have to be done by the end of the month. I have already filed my taxes and mailed my return, so I found this suspicious. The message said to "call back the number on your screen we called from" but it was different than the one left in the message. She said her number was 260-529-3343, but the MA number that called was 1-774-466-3007.

Message identified as Meredith Williams from your rapid tax LLC. Stating that I had back taxes owed and they had special tax relief programs that could reduce or eliminate back tax amounts.

Received 2 calls and a voice mail from Meredith of Rapid Tax filings, in Colorado. The calls looked like they came from Raleigh, NC (919) and Meeker, CO (970) area codes. The message threatened I owed back taxes and needed to call urgently. I did not return the calls, but looked up the scam on Google / ScamPulse.com sites. Thanks

Left voicemail on my direct extension work phone (not published) that my overdue tax debt was due by end of month and I needed to call Meredith Williams of Rapid Tax Filings LLC to avoid wage garnishment which would happen at end of this month. She left phone number of (260) 529-3343 to return the call. Stated if I did not want to receive further messages or calls, I should call the number on my caller id, which was BRUSH CO (970) 831-1587. I deleted the voicemail and looked it up and found the same scam on this ScamPulse.com website.
