James riggins own lyft up Detroit taxi i was suppose by the car got voucher from the state of Michigan that he currently trying to take fraudulent also took 400 deposit for the rental of a 2003 buick rendezvous plate number erb3401 took the car and all my property that was in the car including parts i purchase to fix the vehicle turned around after I gave him the deposit and the state paper proving that he signed the agreement to sell me this vehicle for $4,000 from the state of Michigan and I do have a signature on the paper for proof of purchase he refused to give me my money back he refused to take my deposit back he refused to give me my money back from out of the car he refused to give me my property out of the car you can't please contact me at ************
