My family scheduled a shuttle service pick up from Buena Park to LAX through 24-7 Ride for Sat, June 15th. On the day of pick up they were charged for the ride but the van never showed up. They attempted to call a Service Agent and Customer Service but neither number was working. They've been u able to get in contact with the company to demand a refund.
