Husband on laptop - received message from Microsoft telling him the computer was full of viruses and to call a number - he called and they charged him $200.00 fee to protect it and clean it up for 3 months. I called them to cancel the service and they said they would cancel the $200.00 service but would have to charge for the initial

tech service. They charged my account another $100.00 and never cancelled the original $200.00. I have called many times and had many conversations and they are supposed to return my money but I am still waiting. i will have to cancel the card as it is connected to our checking account. It is such a scam and they prey on people that are not computer savvy.
