This website provided a toll free number for 24/7 technical support for MSN. They immediately asked for my birthday, cell phone number, then credit card. When I refused, they hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I could not. They again told me I had to pay for this "free service." Again I refused and again he hung up. I called back a 3rd time and the guy on the phone was beyond rude and insulting. He mentioned that I had already been wasting their time and said I should "have my parents give me more money to fix this problem" and "get yourself educated to be in society." When he said that, I could clearly hear people laughing in the background. I couldn't believe my ears. It only escalated from there. I again asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on yet again. This website is a complete scam and should be shut down!!!!
