My mom used this business to transport a box to Guatemala, which they charged her $300.00 to ship, this was back in August 2024. She has called numerous times and gone in person to request information regarding her box, to find a solution. The owners claim the box was shipped by a third party who eventually stole and left several other boxes somewhere in Central America. They claimed in two or three weeks the box would be delivered to my mom home in Guatemala, which it still has not. The merchandise that is in the box has an estimated value of $3,000.00, she requested a refund for what was spent, the owner only offered her $300.00 which would have only covered the cost of shipping the box. They have several other customers unsatisfied with their services regarding the same issue.
