They texted threatening to freeze my account if I did not pay. When I called they said I took out a payday loan in 2015, which I did not do, and I owed $1700, but they could settle for $800. When I requested a paper statement mailed to me he declined. I told him that sounded scammy and he hung up. Never pay anything if they won't mail you a statement.

representative called my sister to find out if she was related to me. they then called me to get money for fraudulent activities. I didn't answer so a text message was sent. I returned the call to see what it was about and was rudely told that I was what was wrong with America because I don't pay my bills. They knew I banked at Bank of America and kept saying I was defaulting on the payday loan from 2015. I told the representative that I googled ezcorp ezmoney and found out it was a scam and he told me to "quit with my [censored]ation." I started laughing at his aggression and he hung up. He was incredibly aggressive and would probably have scared someone else into paying money to him.

I have received several phone calls and text messages with threats of going to jail because I defrauded Easy Money in 2015 by doing a pay day loan with a checking account on a bank that bounced. I had used said bank in the past but it had been about 10 years. They knew my place of employment and used an address that I hadn't lived at in 25 years.
