Contacted amazon customer service 206-266-1000 on website located in Seattle. Was transferred to California number 805-817-8426. Was told they needed my bank account number or I would lose my $600.00 order.I had used a prepaid debit card that was not connected to my bank account. Was told the only way to get my money back was to deposit it in my bank account. Then call was transferred to Utah number 385-800-6358 still wanting my bank account, Transferred to Arizona number480-701-6775 then transferred to Maryland number301-900-9208. Then was told the only way to be refunded was to open cash app account . They tried to have me deposit $600 to get my $600 refund which made no sense. Only $100 went through because other transactions were denied due to suspicious activity. I tried to cancel transaction but 2 days later Cash app allowed transaction even though I informed them about the scam. I closed the prepaid card since they had my information. Cash app states they refunded my prepaid card which is impossible since it is closed. Cash app issued a cash app card telling me the $100 is refunded back to me. Card has no money on it and after 2 months on line and countless hours trying to talk to someone now cash app says the money is back on the prepaid card that does not exist.
