I Purchased a garden kneeler on their website, a month later a Kneepad showed up.I contacted the seller and he told me that’s all I’m getting and he would offer me 10% back and to give him good feedback. I told him I want a full refund and a shipping label and he refuses to comply. I told him he was scamming people with his false advertisement so now he has offered me 15% back if I would give him good feedback. I told him again in an email I want a full refund and a packing slip for return. He then emailed me to tell me that it would cost me more than $20 to send it back, that I should give the cushion as a gift or try and resell it.
