(Insert Name here) We made several attempts to contact you in regard to your overdue Balance. Your account is now at risk Call 210.444.2942 to resolve.
And they all Come from the same person or said company. to help this issue for most people. Ask them where they are located and what is their address. If they can't give any of this information hang-up its a scam. These people are buying old accounts that either have been sitting in limbo or that recently closed. They asked about a loan that came out in 2015 Like the other's Guess it's something about 2015 Cause the only loan that was taken out back in 2015 was a 200 dollar loan from a pay day which in return had to pay back 600. Well after a few months the company that owned it file bankruptcy. and Closed down for good and my account floated around in limbo for awhile and guess these guy's found it and has been trying to lock and load that gun for some time now. I had this fixed a few months back. When i email the collection agency that had it. asked them for the original loan doc's proof of signature on them etc. all the legal matter that I've learned over the years and told them that they had 30 day's Well it's way passed 30 day's been five months now nothing in my emails or in my mail so contacted them and they agreed to throw it out about a month ago. Guess they didn't close it.

They text me from (202) 990-1565 said I owe a loan from 2015 February and they need a payment or set up a payment plan for 118.00 a month until 4-2024 and i gave my info like a dummy and I was telling a relative what was just said and she said that sound like a scam so i look the name up and phone numbers and indeed a scam some people have the same story here. And i just closed my debit card account this is the second time i have been scammed months apart. Now i have to watch my credit and all before they try to do other things with my information.

Got call from 319-289-9036 saying I had returned check from a check cashing company from 2015 - and they were going to pursue legal action. I hung up on them. They have contacted three of my family members this week saying they are looking for me to settle a debt. Today I got a text from 202-990-1565 saying they want to speak to me or my account will be frozen. Says to call 737-304-7025 to resolve my account.

Several people from several numbers have called and texted pretending to be a debt collector stating I owe on a loan from 2015 but can't tell me what loan vendor I owe the money to and they give me different dollar amounts every time I have spoken with them. They text me from 202-990-1565 to call 325-244-7821 about my frozen account and threaten to take my vehicle as repayment. They have my social security number my address my ex husbands phone number his new wifes phone number and my fathers phone number and call them often.
