Ordered furniture through website. Item shipped but kept stating that delivery was attempted but roads were closed and they couldn’t get through, this is untrue. After a few days contacted customer service who said they would contact shipping company “GLS” and schedule delivery to definitely be delivered on a certain date. Item wasn’t delivered. After a few more days and more emails and promises and calls the shipping company said the item was damaged and had been returned to manufacturer. Asked for refund but then was told by 1stop that to cancel we have to pays exorbitant fees of 15% restocking fee AND $2.25 per lb for shipping costs. It’s heavy furniture so that’s a lot. So it’s either pay that or wait to see if they ship a new undamaged item which we may or may not get.

This company took my money, continuously told me my product was going to arrive on a certain date, the date came, product never arrived, this occurred multiple times. I got a hold of ScamPulse.com and my credit card company. They said they would send the full refund back via email and would be refunded within 72 hours. 24 days later and I still do not have my money back.
