This invoice is 5 months overdue. We spoke with Neil on Jan 2nd regarding supplies for your engenico.
You requested a tracking number which we sent to you. The supplies were received Jan 9th 2024 I also have offered you a 50% discount.
I was left on hold today for 15 mins then when I called back I was hung up on.
We are being more than fair.
