Type of a scam Tech Support
This so called company calls and tells you they have received information from your pc about something running in the background. They ask that you give them your pc information claiming that they can scan your computer to see what it is. They also claim that your anti-virus protection can not see or handle the threat. When I refused to give them information they became more insistent and after I hung up they called back insisting even more.
