This company advertise rental of a condo in Corona. I called and asked whether the owner would accept someone with a low fico and charge a larger deposit. The gentlemen Xochil stated no and he referred me to Rudy Gonzalez who asked for55 to run my credit and never provided a copy of the report and when I asked he stated he would provide it but he never did. He stated he ran my credit and found it to be bad and offered to boost my credit rating if I gave him 365.00 and he would clean my credit up and guaranteed to boost my fico score. Well I brought him the 365.00 they never worked on my credit and the never found me a place which is what I contacted them for. the three places they should me were completely unacceptable for me and I found my own place with a low deposit and they kept offering me a place where I had to pay double 1st months rent to move in. They stated that they would work on my credit after the new year because I moved in December, I had two surgeries October and December and in January I contacted them and asked what they had done for my money,. Rudy started doing a lot of double talk and lying stating that they could not do anything because I did not provide my "proof of address change" which was never requested and I questioned whether it had anything to do with my credit report. I never received on credit report and I gave them 420.00
