I placed an order a few months ago. The drive ate my food and I was told I can’t get it replaced or my money back! I think it’s funny that video that made it to the news about the man spitting in the drink! DoorDash stated they gave that man his money back! Why because it was on camera? My food got ate and I was told to deal with it. DoorDash keeps track of how many times you make ann complaint. DoorDash holds its customers accountable for the restaurant and drivers mistakes instead of them. I asked for my account to be closed and the company is refusing on closing my account. Im being told something different everyday. First I was told my account had been delete, then I have to wait for 14 days, to they can delete it right away! Now I’m feeling like this company is doing something fraudulent with my information. I tried to become a driver for the company and it keep pulling all my old information that was supposed to be deleted. I keep getting a misstating it’s deactivated instead closed! I tried to get help from them and it didn’t work! Now I have to get you guys involved in this matter. Also if you go back and listen to the calls, I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and all representatives refused that as well!
