After purchasing a home in Summerfield Florida, I received a letter from Marion County Public information requesting a fee of $123 for a property report and a deed. After receiving the second letter requesting 127.50, I called the title company and learned that this is a scam. I called the number that was provided and the first time the gentleman hung up on me the second time the woman told me that I better continue to take my meds because I had told her this was a scam and I was going to report it and then she hung up on me. Unfortunately I mailed the payment in with the address that was on the envelope so I have no address to report to you only a phone number. Is there anyway I can trace and get my hundred dollars back? Because at the bottom of the letter it says if you're not satisfied with this product, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund, but I have no address to send it to.
