Scammer called me from 1-866-609-4828 (came up as private, but my v.m. gave it to me). Man asked for my wife to call back to 1-888-486-7174 to discuss pending legal action against her stating that further legal action would be taken if she did not return the call. I called the original number and the same man answered saying only, "litigation". I asked for the company name. He said, "Hammond". I told him I received a call and what was said in the v.m. He asked me for a case number. I told him they were not calling the person they were asking for and stated that I clearly am a man from my voice and they were trying to contact a woman. He said they would remove the number. My wife also received a call from a private number moments later. I suspect from the same scammer.
