I was given a short survey my gift was going to cost $10 for the cell phone chosen. Charged December 11 2023 it’s now January 3rd 2024 still haven't received it. Received a confirmation email stating they are getting order ready to ship. That I would be notified when it has been sent. I would have continued to be patient but my credit card had to fraud charges against it, so I am contacting them about this as the phone number is a musical hold with bad music.

I was promised a free gift for taking a short survey from costco wholesale .when the gift choices came up there were several free gifts and some great deals on other products .I chose a great deal of a 10 dollar cell phone and gave my credit card info my credit card alerted me imediatly about a 149 usd purchase with 18 usd in taxes .I tried to cancel the transaction by phoning the number they said I had entered a contest with my purchase only and I should have read the terms and conditions I tried to go back and read the terms but the page was not responsive . they said they would give back the 149 but not the tax . i refused as i felt i was entitled to all my money back .
