A letter with my name, address, and name of my vehicle was sent to me. It stated I have not contacted this unknown company about the service contract of my vehicle. Something happened to the car and the only ones who would know that are the insurance company and family. The letter was the first I received but it stated as a "Final Notice" and to respond by phone with a VIN and current mileage of the car. The only name from this place given was Richard Thomas as the Program Coordinator. No email and no website. I didn't call so they don't have anything more than what they sent in the letter.

My son is 11 and has a letter addressed to him about his 2023 Dodge Charger that’s in violation of a service contract. Obviously he doesn’t drive or own a car.

There is no return address. But postage says PAID permit no 699 and mailed from zip code 92799

Contacted through Mail, with My First & Last Name, Address, Vehicle Brand and Year. Letter stated to call 1-800-851-0673 and provide them with VIN current Mileage by 08/07/2023, regarding the vehicle's service contract and that my factory warranty has expired or about to expire making me financially liable for all repairs after expiration, also stated this may be the only time they make contact and they reserve the right to revoke said service coverage if not contacted within 5 days, by a "Richard Thomas" "Program Coordinator".

Letter comes from a "company" named "Vehicle Services Division Private & Confidential", no return address, also has a customer ID# for whatever reason (I'm not a customer)

We recently purchased a used car. The letter sent to us states that unless we call them and send them our VIN and current mileage the vehicle service has or will expire. This will be their only attempt to contact us to activate our Vehicle Service Contract. Signed by Richard Thomas, Program Coordinator (phone) 1-800-851-0673 ========= I called the auto dealer and asked what this letter was, and was told it was a scam, and that our coverage was fine and not in jeopardy.

The letter specifies a 2015 NIssan which I did purchase recently, however the only companies/agencies that know of this purchase is ******, *********** **** *********, and the ***** ** ***** ********** ** ***** *********
