I received this mail after buying a new car, telling me that my factory warranty was expiring and I needed to activate my Vehicle Services Contract. I checked the phone number given online, and reached this page, informing me it was a scam. The name given in the mail is Richard Thomas, but there is no address information, just the phone number. They also knew what brand of car that I purchased.

- San Antonio, TX, USA

Received through mail a "Final Notice" from the "Vehicle Services Division" after purchasing a car. This notice made claims that my factory warranty may have expired (even though it is a new car) and in alarming and threatening language tried to get me to call them to activate a "Vehicle Service Contract".

This is clearly a scam to purchase some sort of car warranty and they were able to get the information somehow about recent car purchases.
