I ordered 1 back in July - it's now decemeber. I never go it. and they refunded me 1/2, but then stopped replying to my emails. honestly, i just want the damn tumbler!

I ordered 4 tumblers back in August for Christmas gifts and I have not received them yet. I received an email the day I ordered them, stating that my order is being processed and to be patient...I have sent 3 emails since then inquiring about my delivery date. Have not heard anything back. Searched their "store " website for a phone number and nothing listed. Very frustrated ?

I have waited at least 2 months for a tumbler I ordered that is supposed to be ready for the carrier to pick up. I've sent several emails with no responses.

I ordered a tumbler from this online business almost 2 months ago, and was told via email, that it’s on its way and be patient, and I still haven’t received my item. I then proceeded with an email for a refund, like there policy says, and I haven’t heard anything back in over 2 weeks.
